My Trip to London
Hello travelers,
First a link from my sponsors. https://t-adbar.com/_wozu
Have you been to London England? you probably have. Well for me this was my first time visiting the lovely land of London England. We were in England for 12 nights. Started off with 7 nights in London. Then it was 1 night in Bath. And wrapped up with 3 nights in York. That only adds up to 11 nights. Lost a night some place. Maybe that was flying on the red eye from Boston to London.
We did so much tourist stuff in so many places. People ask what was your favorite? EVERYTHING!! From sun up to sun down and beyond we were tourist in the wonderful world of London. Saw the big attractions. Westminster Abbey, Churchill War Room, British Museum, Tower of London and more. We did some high level sight seeing with the 72 floor Shard and the 32 floor Sky Garden. Both tall building are across the Thames River from each other. Interesting comparison of the two tall buildings.
Next was Stonehenge and Bath. We saw the collection of rocks formed in a circle and wondered HOW did they build that. Then in Bath we saw the Roman Baths with rocks carved into beautiful sculptures and an amazing mineral pool. Those Romans really know how to enjoy life.
We ended with York England. The trains are so efficient in England. York was old and quaint and wonderful. The energy in London and York was vibrant and alive. Even the Vikings were brought to life at the Jorviik Viking Center. I had to take in the Rail Museum. It was as exciting as traveling the rails of England.
If you have not been to London, then put it on your bucket list.
