Costa Rica and Snow

Another day another trip another fun filled vacation. Well since I am retired then everyday is a fun filled vacation.
Went down to Costa Rica this past February. It was winter in New England and we wanted to escape the raging snow storms. In fact we rushed out of Boston on one of the last flights just ahead of a snow storm that shut down the airport. Nice way to leave the snow and head to the tropics of Costa Rica.
Costa Rica really is a world away in the tropics of Centra America. Huge plants and jungles of exotic foliage. Birds and animals every turn that you take. Amazing sights and horizons of views that stretch on and on.
For the young at heart and those that want to be young, this can be a great adventure. If you are an adrenaline person, they have many exciting activities. If you are older like myself and my wife they have leisure activities like pools, hot spas and great food.
Put a trip to Costa Rica on your bucket list. I is a trip worth taking.
